(Application Service Provider) License

ISC provides a shared operating platform for the application, including
hardware, operating system, and database software. Customer accesses
system via the internet using a shared URL (
http://XYZCorp.InternalSystems.net).
Optionally, customer may pay a small annual fee to have their own URL
registered, such as www.MyCompanyPTO.com .
Customer pays a one-time setup fee of $1,000, which includes several hours of
phone-based administrative training. Customer may optionally purchase the
TrackStar Training Kit to assist in training its employees. Customer is
billed quarterly in advance for service fees. Quarterly invoice will
include charges for help-desk support. Hardware service fees are
rolled into the monthly service fee and are charged per user. Monthly
minimums apply.

In-House License

Customer obtains object-only license for a number of users. The one-time
license fee is based upon module selection and number of users. An annual
software maintenance fee is required in the first year, and optional
thereafter. Customer pays a one-time setup fee of $1,000, which includes
several hours of phone-based administrative training. This fee also
includes installation support.Customer is responsible for all hardware and
operating system software. Customer may optionally purchase the TrackStar
Training Kit to assist in training its employees.
