The Project Tracking module helps you manage projects.  You use the system to enter and track every project your company works on. It is simple, fast, and comprehensive. 

Fundamental to TrackStar is the notion of centralized project management.  Unlike desktop tools, TrackStar stores all project and resource information in a centralized repository, assessable any time, any where. With TrackStar , you will track every project, not just the large ones, to give you visibility into resource usage, project performance, and project tracking.  

The Project Tracking module integrates with the Time, Expense, Item  and Skills Tracking functions to provide a robust, integrated solution.  The Time Tracking functions are used to log and track time to projects.  This provides accurate costing, as well as dynamic input to projects plans.  Expenses are related back to projects where appropriate, giving project managers true and accurate project costs.  The skills database is leveraged by project managers to locate and insert needed resources in projects.  And finally, when integrated with the Item Tracking module, project managers can quickly review and access items associated with their projects.

A simple yet comprehensive scheduler is included that generates project schedules.  By simple, we mean you spend your time managing the project, not the tool.  

A powerful reporting system provides management with the details they desire.  You will know how much projects cost, where they stand, who is working on what, and other essential facts needed to manage your business.
